The returned product must be in its original condition, unused and cleaned.
Sofas and beds and other textile products must be returned in compliance with hygiene rules.

Your return request will be processed and we will contact you.
In the case of an approved return request, you will receive the necessary instructions before sending the product to us.
The shipping and postage costs associated with the return are the customer’s responsibility, but in the case of defective or incorrect products, these costs will be reimbursed by us.
Returned products must be sent in their original packaging and with any accessories, in the same condition as they were received.
Once the product has arrived in our warehouse, the refund process starts. Depending on your bank, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
Products that violate hygiene rules due to personal use cannot be returned.
It is not possible to return products manufactured or modified according to special wishes.
